Shipping Policy

Get Connected IT will fulfill your cleared order in a timely and efficient manner all orders will be dispatched within 1-2 days of receipt of the order via Australia Post.

Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a Public Holiday will be shipped on the next business day. Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday – Friday).

Delivery Times

Please allow 5-14 business days for ground shipping depending on your location within Australia.

Postage Charges

Your shipping charge may vary depending on the amount of your order.

International shipments

Countries outside Australia will receive orders in approximately 7-21 working days.
On occasion, some International shipments may take up to 6 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it may take for an item to clear customs. Backordered items may take longer than 7-21 working days to deliver; these will be sent separately with no additional postage charges applied.

Postal charges for international airfreight will be advised at point of purchase. All parcels are generally sent via Australia Post.

Other international Charges

Postal charge does not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs in the country where the order originated.

The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.

For further information, it may be necessary to call local customs offices to gain further details.

All products are priced in Australian dollars

Receiving Your Order

Please make sure you or someone will be available to receive your order, All packages are registered for tracking purpose and will need to be signed for by the authorized recipient otherwise your package may be returned to us.

If a package is returned to us for ANY reason (Including wrong, difficult to find or obscure addresses)you will still be responsible for the original postal fee charged to you by Get Connected IT AND ANY SUBSEQUENT REPOSTING CHARGES.

If your package is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you via phone and or email.

Out of Stock

If an item runs out of stock before your order is processed, we will attempt to contact you to offer an alternate product or a refund can be automatically issued back to your account within two to five business days depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Please note:  Once an order has been shipped – cancellations will incur a fee of up to 50% of payments any made.

Damage & Errors

Great care is taken with the packing all of our internet, phone and mail orders. however, accidents or errors do or may occur.  Notification of faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Sales Department within 24 hours of your parcel being delivered.  Should your delivery contain a damaged or faulty item, we will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner.  These details can be obtained either by telephone on (07) 3103 1251 or by email at sales@getconnectedit.com

Late Deliveries

If you are waiting on a package please consider the following:

1.      Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing (especially on international deliveries) you may receive a verification call from your local banking or security authorities

2.      Orders are not dispatched until payment has cleared into our account

3.      If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will not ship until we have been able to contact you to advise and offer a suitable replacement option which may be available. No additional postage charges apply.

4.      Your location and postal delivery system – all parcels are registered and tracked and need to be signed for check your mailbox for a notice from your local postal agent.
